By using the Wooshi! website, you signify that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full.
These Terms & Use govern your use of any website or mobile application owned or operated by Wooshi Pte. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Wooshi!”), located at #02-01, 84 Circular Road, Singapore, and constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wooshi! in relation to your use of our website, mobile application and online services (collectively the “Website”)
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Wooshi! Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference. Each time you use the Website, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms of Use. Wooshi! reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. The modified Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting and you agree to the new posted Terms of Use by continuing your use of the Website. You are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
You may be required to create an account and specify a password to use certain features on the Website. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password, or other account information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account. And you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us by email at app@saladstopgroup.com. You agree to indemnify and hold Wooshi! harmless for losses incurred by Wooshi! or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.
The information presented on the Website is made available solely for general information purposes. Store location, hours, pricing information, and product details may change from time to time, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. In the event that any product available through or listed on the Website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or to charge you the correct price upon collection of your order. In line with the above, all pictures shown on the Website are purely for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary. Nutritional information displayed on the Website is for instructional purposes only. Actual nutritional values of the product may vary depending on portioning.
You take full and sole responsibility for all your activities and conduct while using the Website, including all content, materials, submissions and/or uploads to community forums, blogs or public reviews on our site. Wooshi! will not be liable for the content of any user and expressly disclaims all related liability.
When you place an order through the Website, Wooshi! will send an acknowledgment to the email address you provide. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason (including pricing errors) and whether or not the order has been confirmed. Without limitation of the foregoing, Wooshi! is not responsible for any inability to fulfill orders. If your payment card has already been charged for the purchase and we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the amount charged to your payment card account or account credit. Wooshi! will use all reasonable endeavours to process such transactions within 5-7 working days.
You can cancel your order on the Website only before the order is accepted by the respective store where your order was placed. After your order is confirmed, the outlet would have started to prepare the food and therefore no refunds would be possible.
If you place an order with us and fail to pick it up, we reserve the right to charge you the amount due (including by charging your credit card, if applicable). If you realize you cannot pick up an order, please contact the store that is fulfilling the order as soon as possible to let them know you cannot pick up the order and to see whether a charge may be avoided.
You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description and which are of satisfactory quality. If you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items. We will provide a refund or account credit in respect of the affected part of the Item, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after pick-up. Prior to processing your refund or account credit, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history and what happened on pick-up.
Wooshi! may ask for your food allergen and preference information to assist you in selecting foods that do not include common allergens. We take the following precautions, but there is always a risk of contamination:- We exercise care in identifying ingredients in our food that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies;- We train our food production staff on commercially reasonable industry practices to minimize cross-contamination; and- We label items with common allergen-containing ingredients.
Wooshi! advises that all purchases, whether in-store or through Wooshi!’s online ordering platform, be consumed within one hour of pickup. Wooshi! shall not be held responsible, in any manner, for any claim, illness or other damage arising from the consumption of purchases after the aforementioned timeline.
For all charges for any products sold on the Website, Wooshi! will bill your credit card. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payments paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Wooshi!. You agree to provide valid and updated payment information. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse Wooshi! for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorneys’ fees and other legal expenses. Wooshi! does not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. For orders on the Website, payment in cash upon pickup is not allowed.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of 1 arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
In the event of any problem with the Website or any content or products, you agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Website, content or products. Wooshi!, its agents, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable, in any event, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website, content, or products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Website, content, or products. These exclusions for indirect, special, consequential, and exemplary damages include, without limitation, damages for personal injury, pain, and suffering, emotional distress, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if Wooshi!, its agents, representatives, and service providers have been advised of the possibility thereof and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, Wooshi!, its agents, representatives and service providers’ liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Wooshi! entities, and each of their agents, representatives, and service providers harmless from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to third party claims, damages, costs, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of, or in connection with, your violation of these Terms of Use.
Wooshi! has the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website for any reason, including, without limitation, if Wooshi!, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms of Use. Wooshi! may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you a warning prior to suspension or termination of your use of the Website.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and the collection, use and disclosure of such data is governed by the terms outlined below. By accessing this website and using our services, you hereby consent to the use of your data which is collected by us, and also the following terms.

(Please note that our stores in Singapore are monitored by closed circuit television cameras which record photographic and videographic images of persons in and around the stores for security and safety purposes)

– We will not send unsolicited marketing email, and other short messaging services to you.
– You will occasionally receive notifications from us on current promotions and campaigns.

We are required to ensure that your data is accurate and up todate. We will treat the data submitted by you to us as accurate and up todate, unless informed otherwise in writing. Should there be any change in your data, you are required to inform us by writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@saladstop.com.sg. You have the right to access your data and correct or update the data by writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@saladstop.com.sg. All requests will be responded to within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request. We do not charge for the handling of such request, but we may charge a nominal sum for repeated requests or requests which requires us to provide historical records of the use of such data.
We will take reasonable steps and security measures to help prevent loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse or modification of your data.

Importantly, the collected data will be anonymized prior to sharing it with university partners. Thus, NO personally identifying information will be shared with university partners.
